This policy explains what information GachaPlaza (https://www.gachaplaza.com) collects when you use the site, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum: there are no accounts, and the games run in your browser.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It collects information such as pages viewed, the type of device and browser, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), and how you arrived at the site. Our hosting provider (Vercel) also processes technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Information stored on your device. Games and tools save things like your custom lists, virtual chips, collection, filters and settings in your browser's local storage so they are still there when you return. This data stays on your device, and we cannot see it. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

2. Cookies and advertising

We show ads provided by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet.

In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, advertising and analytics cookies stay off until you choose. You can accept all, reject all, or pick categories in the banner, and change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to a year. You can also control this elsewhere:

  • Opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.

  • You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Some features may not work without them.

3. Newsletter

Newsletter emails are managed through Mailchimp. If you subscribe, your email address is stored with Mailchimp, and we use it only to send you updates about GachaPlaza. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.

4. How we use information

  • To run, maintain and improve the site and its games.
  • To understand which pages and features people use.
  • To show advertising that helps fund the site.
  • To send newsletter emails to people who subscribed.
  • To respond to messages and keep the site secure.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the site work: Vercel (hosting), Google (Analytics and AdSense) and Mailchimp (newsletter). They process data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

6. Children

GachaPlaza is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email info.v6mart@gmail.com. Because the site has no accounts, the personal data we hold is generally limited to newsletter subscriptions and emails you send us.

8. Retention and international transfers

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to Google's settings and policies. Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited information we hold.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
